Module Four: The Coach's Journey: Professional Leadership Coaching

Part One: Coaches Journey - 5-day Workshop  (ICF Coach Specific Training – 48 Hours)

This five-day workshop is the fourth module in The Professional Leadership Coaching Program - ACTP, an accredited program recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF). You will develop your competency to deliver leadership coaching skills at a professional level. Increase your personal awareness and influencing skills. Appreciate the leadership journey and coach to the greatest challenges faced by leaders today.

This five-day program allows for a deep dive into emotional intelligence, the concepts of Joseph Campbell’s “Hero’s Journey”, archetypes, Ken Wilber’s “Whole Systems Thinking” and the Forton Group’s principles of leadership coaching. This is a highly interactive course with a range of practical exercises before, during and after the workshop, including 21 hours of virtual learning modules. Delivery is balanced between theory, coaching demonstrations, practice, discussion, review and learning.

Participants will be supported to prepare for and complete their ACTP level exam with the Forton Group. The exam consists of two parts:

1. On Line ICF Ethics Exam
2. Oral Exam which includes:
   • Coach a “real” client
   • Coach one of the examiners
   • Written Feedback
