The Forton Group offers over 400 hours’ coach-training as part of our 'Professional Leadership Coach Training Programme'. We work in partnership with experts in leadership, coaching, training, HR and OD on four continents.

As the first specialist leadership coach training programme, we are strongly aligned to the ICF Ethics and Competences, and offer ACTP, ACSTH and CCEs. Our programmes are modular, and you can select from core and specialist modules.

If you have existing coach training, and want to build on your core coaching skills, we also offer a ‘bridging programme’ to introduce you to our unique leadership coaching model.
